A focused Meditation Practice is not just a guided meditation although, it may have aspects of guidance. This practice builds inner commitment, and endurance in cultivating the energy pattern for a specific intention to manifest. A focused practice helps you work directly with your intention through breathing patterns, mudras, focal points, and postures to identify and work though blocks that impede your ability to experience your desire on the physical plane. This practice helps to develop the energy or frequency of that intention so it becomes an avenue of broadcast to draw, attract, and/or be mindful of, as it manifests in your life. As you work on your intention, you're also cultivating the 5 core principles of meditation, indicated below. A Focused Meditation practice can challenge you, enlighten you and free you. Energy becomes palpable, Intention becomes clear, Breath becomes stronger, and your ability to withstand challenge, keeps you steady and stable. This practice offers you an education in yourself. So that you can better understand, be better equipped and ready to take action.

Self-Awareness is where you enter the body. You acknowledge and value your physical presence as your sacred temple and prepare the mind to loosen the grip it has on you, your body, and your experiences. Self-Awareness grounding the self deep inside the body and a place in space that you become aware of your presence and your essence. You begin to relate to yourself as you are, without judgment.
SELF-CONNECTION:
Self-Connection is where you begin to unite with the deeper aspects of self; your breath, your feelings, your thoughts, your energy through the 5 senses. Connection to the self happens once you accept yourself as you are we and where you are on your individual journey. You begin to connect to both your balanced and broken parts. You practice specific breathing techniques and use gentle movements to encourage a smooth alignment into a sense of unity and deeper peace. Gentle movements move your mind away from your body and allow you to access the realms of breath. The breath is important here as it relates directly to emotions. Some, gestures may be isometric to encourage more pressure and focus see you can witness the how the mind reacts in places that require the mind to be steadfast and consistent.

Self-Exploration is how you develop an inner-strength and stability through the internal information you connect and become aware of. This is where you begin to train the mind in; focus, concentration, and consistency. Practicing mindfulness reinforces and refines clarity of mind. You develop a portal for intuitive and insightful information to rise into consciousness. Personal Growth is the culmination of exploration and experience that takes you to a new level of awareness, increasing your greatest and highest potentials.
SELF-MASTERY:
Self-Mastery happens when you take that new level of awareness and choosing to put it into action those new choices that serve you best. Self-Mastery is not an end point or goal. It is a continuum of experience that serves your highest growth. Therefore, Self-Mastery becomes actual or Self-Actualized. You practice the applications within the culmination of these skills and when you consciously engage the first 3 principles; self- awareness, self-connection, and self-exploration, self-mastery falls into perfect place.
