When we experience anxiety we are always "outside" of ourselves. We look too far ahead and/or even at times, forcefully project images of past experiences moving us further and further away from right now. We can perpetuate jacked up thoughts and emotions that confuse, terrify, and knock us off our center. Our central power shifts from the core of our body and with rapid fire, disperses frenetically around us. We are no longer internally concentrated and peace is severely compromised. We feel lost, disconnected- - not ourselves, and we temporarily forget that we can trust in ourselves- in who we are.
The energetic imprint of the word trust. It feels so safe inside. It reveals itself like an expansive soft breath... A sweet, internal whisper that gently reverberates through every nook, cranny, and crevice from deep inside me- - an unrestricted calm.
When we move inside complete trust we are secure, solid, and anchored inside ourselves. We are contained, our energy becomes concentrated and we re-establish power- - personal power. Our central core fills and we are unshaken and impenetrable.
So, the gift in experiencing anxiety is that it teaches us and reminds us to tune in, to reel ourselves back in, to gather ourselves at the core of our being; i.e. physical central location, our beliefs, values, thoughts, emotions and trust that we know more than we think we do. That we know more about ourselves than anyone has ever taught us, said, or intimated. That we are SOLID in all that we've cultivated ourselves to be and know to be true.
Each time we trust; our instinct's, intuitive pull's and prompt's, our internal information, knowing, experiences, thoughts, emotions, needs, values, etc. We bring more positive, strengthening energy to the center point of our being- - our core. The shining jewel of energy at the innermost point of each and every one of us!
We begin to imprint:
A new thought= I AM Solid
A new emotion= I AM Secure
A new energy= I AM Truth
We begin to actively create a beautiful, new way of responding and taking care of ourselves. When we trust in ourselves, we begin to honor who we are.
Isn't it about time we do just that?
