If your experiencing pain in the body, look inside yourself and at your life.
Evaluate which areas might be stuck or stagnant, i.e., injustices, frustrations,
disappointments, sadness, anger and/or resentments.
The body helps you connect with life that needs more movement and energy.

SELF-LOVE: A LOVE LANGUAGE
Cultivating self-love has to start with you. It's a meaningful process of learning about what feeds you in a nourishing way. It becomes a personal guide in the ways you deserve to be treated and it breathes life into you so, you can bring life to others. Loving yourself is a fulfilling priority, a decision to deliver a new inner message in a very gentle and loving way. I had a friend that would say, “All I want for my birthday is a kind word.” How often do we extend that same desire in kindness for ourselves? How often do you plant loving words into the folds of your mind, into the rhythms of your heart? Start today by building a new Love Language for yourself, take a step in being intimate with yourself first and learn how to love yourself more. Love,

WISDOM IS AN EXPERIENCE
You can’t fool wisdom. She’s a savvy little lady that packs a pure dose of perspective and the ability to make sound judgements. Whereas, knowledge is our informative companion that absorbs bits of this and that along the way. Anyone can become knowledgeable by reading, researching, and memorizing facts. However, wisdom is not acquired through books or accumulated by facts. It’s a personal knowing that lightens the body and aligns the soul. We’re smart due to facts but we know by experience. Love,

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS/WISDOM COACHING
When these wounded parts come through, it can be disruptive, and/or at the very least, just not something we want to know is there. Be open to yourself, to the pain and suffering that wants to be seen, to be heard, to be released and to be redeemed. FACE IT- See it for what it is, for what it reveals, for the purity in authentic expression. Do not waiver. Do not run. Do not resign yourself or press repeat. Stand firm. Acknowledge what’s there, communicating through you. EMBRACE IT- Accept what is. What’s there, that you’re able see what’s no longer hidden. Embrace what’s real, in that moment. It’s okay. Sometimes, we feel deeply and it hurts. Sometimes, thoughts don’t serve and can be punishing. Sometimes, our behavior doesn’t match with what’s most important. Embrace it. Embrace it all so, you can evolve. We can not forsake what wants to be transformed. LOVE IT DIFFERENTLY- Love what comes through you, even the things you’d rather not see. Be brave. Beat the odds and give yourself a chance. Love yourself in the ways that others, might not have known how to. Love,

THE ANATOMY OF SPIRITUAL CONNECTION-
Spiritual connection is not about putting one source of energy into another. It is a much deeper experience than just a simple exchange. Connecting spiritually is an honest, tangible sense in feeling the internal thread of action move right through the essence of your being and plugging it into the deepest values by which you live by. When you live life spiritually connected you feel the warmth of inner fulfillment moving through you because you are tending to your deepest needs in a true and honest, soulful way. This continuous stream of vital energy, stimulates an avenue of refined nourishment. You are present in both your humanness and fully vested in your spiritual self. The internal exchange roots, grounds, and balances your personal beliefs with an overall sense of purpose. In this kind of connection, you can taste the strength of your power in the complete being-ness of your honest self. This is the meaning of Spiritual Connection.

HEALING IS A SYSTEM OF EVOLUTION-
Healing is a system of evolution, a continuum of defining and re-fining into a complete state of understanding. There is no limit or specific end point to healing. Therefore, it’s okay to relax, to take a break, to walk away for a minute, to even fall back a few steps. It allows the self to relate and to integrate into the new level of energy and information.
When you focus more on the reconstruction of new growth rather than the dysfunction or perceived lack, you can recognize just how far you've come and how easily you can bounce back because you never lost what you gained. Healing is meant to be a respite not a means to an end. Choose to embrace everything you've learned and decide to draw from new roots, with a practice moving forward from a restored foundation. You can trust you will remember what you've learned and that you will apply it when you're ready, even if it takes a few tries to stick. Love,
