Most of us are not aware of our breath in general and we may not recognize its ever changing patterns or have had the experience in refining the breath in a conscious way. These are skills we can develop over time, with a little attention, and some deep personal care. When you begin a mindful breathing practice, you might observe tendencies in breathing patterns that could be shallow, erratic, or even moments that you might find yourself suddenly gasping for air. These types of breath patterns are due to survival/trauma responses that short-circuit the nervous system over time. When under long periods of stress, (realized or unrealized) you experience a lack of relaxation, calm, an ability to regulate emotion, and a loss of self-connection. In this way, breath becomes an internal barometer that informs how much energy is available to use and how much is reserved to endure during stress responses. Learning to breathe, mindfully is an incredible act of self-love that enriches the body, mind, and soul. When you engage in mindful practices, you lean into the source of wisdom with a greater understanding of the self, overall. When you work with specific breathing patterns you can feel balanced and nourished in minutes. You learn to stay steady, centered, and non-reactive, fully anchored at the core of your being. Your breath is the key to your vitality and to living a full, healthy life. PRIVATE INSTRUCTION: Private instruction is a more personal experience. We work together to refine your practice and focus on the areas of life and being you want to enhance, understand better, energetically align with or simply just build on yourself in a stronger, more steadfast way. You feel the benefits of that personal time and attention within your overall experience and inner discoveries. When you have a steady, personal guide, it increases an experience of support and continued encouragement while, challenging you to move through any limitations, helping you build an inner endurance and sense of personal Sovereignty.
GROUP CLASSES: Group classes increase the sense of connection and community. As we build energy and focus together, personally and collectively, our practice supports and encourages another's practice to continue in an empowered way. Group classes also offer the opportunity to share in our experiences. Practicing together creates a special, spiritual bond that supports growth and the deeper understanding of each other in a more loving and accepting way.

Focused Meditation Practice: A focused meditation practice is a personal practice that strengthens the muscles of the mind, your intentions, physical/mental/emotional perseverance and the connection between the personality and the soul. It works to build awareness, personal energy, focus, and stamina in areas of life and being you want to focus on activating in your life. Meditating in this way, strengthens a sense of inner-endurance toward manifesting your intention on the physical plane. You create an inner environment that is self-connected and insightful, allowing you to receive personal information you can work with. Through focused meditation, you learn to recognize truths that pave a path to receive inner-wisdom with an assurance you can trust. This practice also teaches the mind to be more conscious and open to any limitations or resistance that blocks energy or your vision toward what you desire in connection with soul's path. A focused meditation is personally and purposeful. You experience yourself mindfully, through the inside/out while, building a stronger version of yourself. Focused meditations are not solely guided meditations where the instructor is moving you though images to focus on. However, focused meditations may include one or all of the following; specific breathing patterns, mantra, mudras, focus points, isometrics, and certain aspects of guided imagery.

ABOUT JENNIFER

Jennifer is a licensed spiritual healer/psychic/intuitive/medium. She is also an emotional wellness coach, and certified energy therapist. She has a degree in psychology with a clinical background in cognitive behavioral therapy, (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic experience therapy. Although, Jennifer has a clinical background in mental and emotional health, she brings focus to person-centered, therapeutic approaches to mindfulness and coaching techniques along with, the use of practical skill-based tools that can restructure mental patterns for greater clarity and personal empowerment. Energy healing therapies and coaching sessions build emotional intelligence, inner stability, and overall wellness, encouraging a sense of renewed balance, personal alignment, and inner nourishment. Jennifer is also a certified yoga instructor and Raindrop practitioner known for her deep sensitivity, great care, and love of people. She offers a creative, loving approach to healing and transformation and is full of loving compassion.
