Enjoy with all your heart-
Healing is a system of evolution, a continuum of defining and re-fining into a complete state of understanding. There is no limit or specific end point to healing. Therefore, it’s okay to relax, to take a break, to walk away for a minute, to even fall back a few steps. It allows the self to relate and to integrate into the new level of energy and information.
When you focus more on the reconstruction of new growth attained rather than the dysfunction or perceived lack, you can recognize just how far you've come and how easily you can bounce back because you never lost what you gained. Healing is meant to be a respite not a means to an end. Choose to embrace everything you've learned and decide to draw from new roots with a practice moving forward from a restored foundation. You can trust you will remember what you've learned and that you will apply it when you're ready, even if it takes a few tries to stick.

Decide if you want to be included. Make decisions on what you have in your life not on what you think you lost-
The best feeling in the world is to feel wanted. When you’re faced with feelings or thoughts of; rejection, being left out, pushed aside, alone and unwanted. Remember, you have a choice in the outcome of the overall experience. You decide if you want to be included. Make your decisions on what you do have in your life not on what you think you lost.
Decide to move into a worthwhile focus and highlight all that’s worth YOUR time, energy and effort. Understand, rejection is a small part of life and whatever you gained in growth is yours. It can never be taken away, only cultivated. Decide to see yourself. Drop the cloak of invisibility and connect with the wholeness in being. When you find yourself in a state of connection, it’s no longer about being included or not, rejected or not, unwanted or not. It becomes more about creating your own space that includes you and deciding to include other people that are the like.
