Chakra Activation Technique activates powerful internal energy to nourish all systems of body, mind, and soul. When activated, this energy corresponds to the locations of each chakra including, (muscles, organs, glands and nerves). The intention is to turn on the life-force energy or kundalini so, it can move through your body to clear, cleanse, activate and restore back into a state of wholeness. ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer is a licensed spiritual healer, psychic/intuitive/medium. She is also an emotional wellness coach, and certified energy therapist. She has a degree in psychology with a clinical background in cognitive behavioral therapy, (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic experience therapy. Although, Jennifer has a clinical background in mental and emotional health, she brings focus to person-centered, therapeutic approaches to mindfulness and coaching techniques along with, the use of practical skill-based tools that can restructure mental patterns for greater clarity and personal empowerment. Energy healing therapies and coaching sessions build emotional intelligence, inner stability, and overall wellness, encouraging a sense of renewed balance, personal alignment, and inner nourishment. Jennifer is also a certified yoga instructor and Raindrop practitioner known for her deep sensitivity, great care, and love of people. She offers a creative, loving approach to healing and transformation and is full of loving compassion.
