CULTIVATING INNER SAFTEY
PRACTICE SELF-COMPASSION
Create a gentler tone within yourself. Be curious about your inner experience and its expressions through you, acknowledge when you’re going through a hard time, lay judgments to rest so you can open a space to fill yourself up with more love. Place your hands on your heart and validate your needs and feelings, the information moving through you. Let them speak as they are so, you can reassure them and take care of those needs and feelings in a more loving way.
CONNECT WITH YOUR FEELINGS AND BODY
Our bodies are constantly filling us up with sensations trying to let us know what we feel, need and value. Identify your feelings, name them so you can get closer to your truth and make wiser decision in connection with what’s most important to you
CLARIFY YOUR NEEDS AND BOUNDARIES
Once you clarify your needs you can better establish and stick to your boundaries. Boundaries help you stay connected to your identity, your sense of self. That knowledge keeps you well-aligned, reinforcing your true identity and knowing when it’s being challenged so, you can course correct.
BE SLOW WITH YOURSELF. BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF. BE HONEST.
Explore yourself in a curious way and notice what maintains your personal balance so you can keep moving in that direction.
Love,
Jennifer
