You will discover ways to foster your personal values, meet your needs, and develop new emotional patterns to create pathways to personal empowerment and success.

Jennifer is a certified emotional wellness coach, yoga instructor, and energy therapist. She has a degree in psychology with a clinical background in cognitive behavioral therapy, (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic experience therapy. Jennifer highlights person-centered, therapeutic approaches to mindfulness and coaching techniques along with practical, skill-based tools that create a greater sense of clarity and personal empowerment. Jennifer is also a licensed spiritual healer, intuitive/psychic, medium known for her deep sensitivity, great care, and love of people.
