Pure, healthy, energy moves fast and at a high rate or frequency. This is why energy is often perceived as subtle. So, when pain and/or physical symptoms arise, the healthy energy has slowed down enough to manifest that symptom. When energy is not flowing at maximum capacity, it doesn't feel good and we might hear ourselves makes statements like, "I feel heavy, stuck, and/or in pain." I liken this concept to a car windshield. Just by virtue of being part of the environment the windshield gets dirty, covered with dust, debris, pollen, etc. Just by virtue of interacting with the world naturally attracts more debris to the windshield leaving it very difficult to see with clarity. Clearing overall energy- Pranic Healing experience, (without a physical ailment focus) starts by assessing the overall state of the energetic system and systematically scanning the energy field for any depressions, congestion, dysfunctions, holes, weakness or imbalances. Once the initial scan is complete, a general cleanse is applied to the front and back areas of the body, beginning the process of cleansing/removing dysfunctional energy to increase the circulation of life energy. Once the energy is cleared and begins to flow throughout, Jennifer will apply a process called, "combing." This is to disentangle and strengthen the capacity of the health rays which determines the rate in which deeper healing can occur. Once these two initial processes are complete, the focus moves from general clearing to a more specific cleansing and energizing of individual chakra's. Jennifer will clear and clean the area's until there is a greater sense of clarity, harmony, and balance. When this is complete, Jennifer will refer back to the initial assessment and re-check to make sure the energetic system is well-balanced and restored.

Clearing Physical Ailments Pranic Healing Focused Session pays special attention to specific areas within the energetic system related to a very specific physical ailment protocol. The process has elements of the Clearing Overall Energy Pranic Healing experience, but is more concentrated and can differ according to the energetic needs of the physical ailment. Pranic Healing offers distinct protocols to ease any energetic burden and increase the rate of healing capacity. The specific areas could include certain places in the aura, one or several chakra points, and/or one or more organs. Each type of session, Clearing Overall Energy or Clearing a Physical Ailment, is focused on cleaning/clearing energetic debris that can bog down the system. However, the primary difference between the two is in the focus. In a Clearing Overall Energy session, the focus is on cleaning what is present at the time of your healing session. In a Clearing Physical Ailment session, the attention is on clearing a physical aspect with the intent to correct a dysfunction of energy that can cause and contribute to a physical symptom or chronic issue. Going back to the shower analogy above, the difference would be in taking a shower to clean the whole body vs. cleaning a certain body part, like your hair. A Soul Reading is not included in the Physical Focused Pranic Healing Session. Please be advised that Jennifer is happy to share any information that may come through during your session. However, the information will not be as in-depth as in a healing session that includes a Soul Reading.
