"At the age of 5, I read my first poem, If I Can Stop One Heart From Breaking, by Emily Dickinson and I was simply enchanted, completely swept away by vulnerability, tender emotion and curiosity! It was like I finally found a space for truth to rise up inside me and within the delicate palate of poetry, my voice could be heard. Since then, I have never looked back, my gaze ever softly inward, in pursuit of all that is real and alive inside."
Jennifer is a truth seeker and artistic expressionist! She is a poet at heart and an author of life. She is the published author of two books,writes a monthly blog bringing awareness to emotional health and wellness and is working on her 3rd book of poetry, Poems from Passion. Jennifer's spiritual articles and poetry have been published in several magazines, and on-line journals. She won the Editor's Choice Award from the International Library of Poetry and was a finalist in the prestigious, Stephen A. DiBiase Poetry Contest. Her poems have been featured and broadcast live on the Scribble Radio Show in Manchester, London and the Hudson ValleyTransmitter Podcast.She has read and performed her written works throughout NYC and NY State and is available for school and/or library events. She has been the main guest speaker at college's and libraries, offering creative lectures teaching students about, The Super Power of Emotion at her Be Beautiful book signing events. Jennifer has a degree in theater arts and psychology. She is a licensed spiritual healer, certified emotional wellness coach, energy therapist and yoga instructor. She offer's innovative workshops in self-discovery, transformation and healing.
