Value your thoughts, feelings, and needs, without sacrificing your well-being to please others. Honor your needs, even when they differ from the needs of others. Be true to yourself and live in alignment with your values and beliefs.

Encourage and cheer yourself on. Acknowledge and appreciate your achievements, no matter how big or small. Replacing negative thoughts with positive affirmations and focusing on your strengths and accomplishments.

Recognize that everyone makes mistakes and that it's okay to feel imperfect or inadequate at times.
SELF-ACCEPTANCE & KINDNESS
Acknowledge and embrace your whole self, including strengths and weaknesses. Treat yourself with the same understanding and care you would offer a friend or loved one, especially when you're struggling.

Forgiveness is about understanding yourself, your needs, capacity and limits. It's about giving yourself Grace for being human when things fall short and it's a continued practice in letting go of past mistakes and negative, critical thoughts.
